Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the uSudoku mobile application (the "App") developed by Gnat Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

uSudoku is a Sudoku puzzle game developed by Gnat Labs that provides:

• Classic Sudoku puzzles across multiple difficulty levels
• Daily puzzles updated every day
• Statistics tracking and streak counting
• Anonymous crash reporting and usage analytics to improve the App

No account registration is required to use the App. The App uses an anonymous, on-device identifier to save and restore your progress.

3. Anonymous Usage and Data Collection

The App does not require you to provide your name, email, or any personal information. Your game data is associated with an anonymous identifier tied to your device and the App installation.

The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports and Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous usage statistics. This data helps us improve the App and contains no personally identifiable information. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated tools to interact with the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to the design, graphics, code, and puzzle generation algorithms, are owned by Gnat Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

6. Data and Progress Loss

Because the App stores your game data using an anonymous, on-device identifier, Gnat Labs is not responsible for loss of progress due to device loss, App uninstallation, switching devices, or clearing app data. We recommend not uninstalling the App if you wish to preserve your progress. Please note that Gnat Labs cannot technically restore lost progress for anonymous profiles.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

• Google Firebase — backend infrastructure and data storage
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting
• Google Analytics for Firebase — anonymous usage analytics

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Gnat Labs does not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gnat Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or game progress.

10. Changes to Terms

Gnat Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
