This Privacy Policy describes how Gnat Labs ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application uSudoku (the "App").
Summary: uSudoku does not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information. The App uses an anonymous identifier to store your game progress, and collects anonymous crash reports and usage statistics to help us improve the App.
We collect the following limited information:
None of the crash or analytics data is linked to your identity or your anonymous game identifier — it is purely technical and statistical. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or any other personally identifiable information.
We use the information described above to:
Game data is stored using Google Firebase, a secure cloud platform, associated only with your anonymous identifier. Crash reports and usage statistics are processed by Google Firebase services. All data is stored on Google's servers and protected by Google's security infrastructure.
Game data is also cached locally on your device. Because no personal information is collected, this data cannot reasonably be linked back to you as an individual.
We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties, except the following service providers who process data on our behalf:
Since uSudoku does not collect personal identifiers (such as names, emails, or phone numbers), we do not possess identifiable personal data that you can access or modify directly. Your game data is tied strictly to an anonymous cloud identifier generated upon installation.
You maintain full control over this data and can delete it at any time through the following methods:

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal information from any user, no personal data is knowingly or unknowingly collected from children.
Anonymous game data, crash reports, and usage statistics may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where Google's servers are located.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
